hmm , the taekwondo ever best game for our defense , physical health ..etc
me not saying this by searching this on net or after listen my friend\'s....Me saying this with my own experience..I do Taekwondo I seen what I gained...
Before I start I tell you about Taekwondo some Basic Information .
Taekwondo, also spelled Taekwon-do, is a popular modern martial art. Taekwondo is the ancient Korean art of self-defense. The Korean word "Taekwondo" is literally translated as "foot, hand, way". These words infer a lot about the art and sport of Taekwon-do.
The first word, foot, in the literal translation of this ancient self-defense sport denotes the use of the foot as the primary fighting style. The foot is the primary arsenal for the Taekwondo enthusiast and is the primary weapon for self-defense for kicking. It has been said that the foot and corresponding kicking techniques constitute up to 70% of the forms used in Taekwon-do.
The word \'hand\' infers the use of the hands for punching, chopping, strikes and/or finger jabs, which is estimated to make-up the remaining 30% of the practitioner\'s self-defense fighting arsenal.
The word \'do\' means \'way\', which inherently implies that Taekwondo is more that just a self-defense sport but also a way of life. The \'way\' transcends the physical components of the sport of Taekwon-do - such as kicking, punching, breaking boards or competition - but also encompasses a mental and spiritual component. Taekwon-do is more about self-discipline of the mind, body and spirit - it is a philosophy.
Properly incorporating the mental, behavioral and spiritual components of Taekwondo will definitely ensure that all participants of this great ancient sport enjoy the vast mental, physical and spiritual benefits of Taekwon-do.

In Taekwondo the belt\'s
white belt : new guy who just join Taekwondo ..
yello : who learn the Basic ..
Green : Middle class
Blue : started learning High things..
Red : comed in high level.
Black : mean come in pro level ..
there are so many kicks also...ab-jolki-4 , ab-joki-1 , ab-joki-3 , ab-joki-2 , ..back-kick , round-kick , flying kick..etc etc...
When me new in Taekwondo...I don\'t know single thing about it...
but slowly slowly I come in high level....I won 2 medal 1 was gold another silver but at that time there some problem that\'s why another win from me me get gold..and my opponent is black belt ..!!
I never forget it.....
My teacher learned me and told me the great thing\'s what we do at that time when some one come power full then you...and most important thing they told never use
your skill for miss-use ....
So I only use taekwondo for my defense but when some one really need it I give him...
some boy\'s in cafe big guy\'s think they bigger then me they beat me give me slap I cry..etc....but me laugh in my own they fool\'s just say..don\'t able do anything..
I don\'t whatever they say.....
If you know Taekwondo I advice you don\'t use it for miss-use ...use it for good..
