This is standard complaint process, which must include a system of automatic screenshot and server logs

"OP" how do i provide system automatically screenshots : (Please Follow This Step)

Step 1 : Complaint area require to upload a system screenshot , but where my System Screenshot is save?(CS install directory call cstrike)

Step 2 : find that the system screenshot, bmp format.

Step 3 : Bmp format could not be upload to the forum, So we have to convert the format into JPG.

Right-click on this BMP System Screenshot to select the Paint to Open . So this map is opened in the Paint

Step 4 : Confirm this picture in the Paint , Original OP picture by middle "Yellow Letters"

and click left side for Save option

Step 5 : Selected in the Save as dialog box to save the Picture, note that the Save as type Bmp, click the down arrow , choose the JPG , and Save

After find the OP LOG please press Ctrl+C for Copy, then Paste complaint area Topic Ctrl+V
